Job Role and Responsibilities
Need advanced knowledge of Zoho Ecosystem and Microsoft applications
Should also have experience with troubleshooting and issue resolution principles, methodologies and techniques.
Implementation of Zoho Ecosystem within the business by identifying where and when to apply various
applications.
Manages user accounts on Zoho assets and assigns and updates security permissions on the network according to
security policy.
Helps develop, document, communicate, and enforce a network technology policy.
Is responsible for the installation and configuration of new software.
Is responsible for monitoring system performance, and managing the Backups of IT systems and storage
utilization.
Experience of deploying/implementing Microsoft infrastructure/applications across the full Microsoft 365 offering.
Exposure to scripting language/tools such as Deluge and SQL
Awareness of commercial impact of decisions and solutions should be experienced within a Managed
Services/Consultancy environment.
IT project management / change management certification desirable but not essential.
Demonstrable stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Experience of working in a back-end environment.
Support the IT security setup for the Zoho IT estate.
Responsible for the security and implementation of Workdrive.
Identify and manage all risks and vulnerabilities within the Zoho ecosystem.
Assist with the delivery of audit responses from an IT and Transition perspective.
Escalate Hardware related Issues.
Minimum Requirements:
