Role Overview :
We are looking for a focused and detail-oriented Zoho CRM Specialist to manage our database and ensure data integrity. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the custodian of our CRM, ensuring that all lead, contact, and deal information is accurate, deduplicated, and properly categorized to support our sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities :
• Data Entry & Hygiene: Perform regular audits of the CRM to identify and fix missing information, formatting errors, and outdated records.
• Bulk Data Management: Handle the import and export of data from external sources (Excel/CSV), ensuring 100% accuracy in field mapping.
• Deduplication: Use Zoho’s built-in tools to merge duplicate records and maintain a "single source of truth."
• Workflow Support: Assist in setting up simple workflow rules, email templates, and assignment rules to automate lead distribution.
• User Support: Act as the first point of contact for team members who need help with CRM data entry or finding specific records.
• Reporting: Generate weekly/monthly reports on lead status, pipeline health, and data completion rates
