Job Description
The purpose of the job is to lead the Fabricator Loans Sales for the assigned zone, by developing a strategic business framework for volume growth, developing new market and customer segments resulting in sustainable and profitable growth. Develop and execute all aspects such as business performance metrics, product management, policy reviews, process reviews, marketing, and profitability for Unsecured Business Loan.
• Leading the tie-ups with leading retailers in the country for funding of related businesses through designing and development of Loan products, review and modification of the existing products, working closely with cross functional teams for implementing new business initiatives, forecasting and budgeting of the loan portfolio and development of strategies for achieving the same.
