Roles & Responsibilities:
• Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
• Partnering with leaders within the organisation to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business. Provide regular feedback and advice on the hiring performance to enhance the recruitment process.
• Monitor progress against the hiring and recruiting plans, identifying ongoing areas of improvement and associated actions. Proactively building the talent pool by fetching quality candidates for the open or expected positions.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive hunting.
• Extensive use of social and professional networking sites to identify potential candidates.
• Establish and help create a brand value to attract a talent pool from the market.
• Prioritizing and balancing the recruitment needs as per business criticality.
• Communicate progress on assigned job vacancies on a regular basis, advice on the action plan to close the position within the given SLAs.
• Ensure effective fulfilment for all projects that have internal TA goals aligned with business goals.
• Keep recruitment budgets and overall resourcing costs in mind.
• Manage the key ratios of TAT, joining ratio, IJP movement, cost per hire, and infant attrition.
• Continuously derive insights from candidate feedback to design improvements or processes as relevant, with the sponsorship of line and HR leaders.
