1 Supervise (including remotely) the team of senior corporate bankers and the analysts below them
2 Develop industry specific knowledge for clients in the portfolio
3 Lead by example focus on Early Warning systems, Internal and RBI Audits and other controls
4 Maintaining quality of loan proposal documents
5 Create awareness on Operational Risk within the Stakeholders
6 Develop a sophisticated understanding of various pertinent regulations
7 Monitor portfolio of borrowers and closely track concern accounts
8 Practice and preach the values of the bank and integrity and zero tolerance for compliance or regulatory slippages.
+ Achieve Bank's objective in terms of earnings, assets, liabilities, credit quality etc. as per agreed budgets/targets from client relationships across all product groups
10 Acquire new client relationships and grow & maintain high quality, profitable and broad based relationships with existing client base. Handle activities ranging from identifying clients' financial needs, advising, structuring the deal, preparing the terms and conditions and closing the deal
11 Appraisal of the proposals involving detailed analysis of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Financial Ratios, Cash Flows, Management Risk, Industry Risk, Economic conditions, E&S risk.
12 To maintain high quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance, on-going basis with product partners /Online Security and Fraud division /Risk Management and other Relationship Management groups
13 Assess banking needs and risks for clients and manage client relationships accordingly to optimize risk-reward for the Bank
Educational Qualifications & Experience Requirement :
Qualifications:
Essential Graduate and Post Graduate /Formal banking training
Experience :
Essential Experience of 15-20 years, preferably in Banking & Financial Services, interacting with major corporate clients, promoters, CXOs, HNI's and large institutions.
