Zonal head (Fintech) UPI Payment Company
Experience - 7 to 10 years
Location - Dehradun
Must-Have:
- Experience in Distribution & Merchant acquisition.
- Experience in team handling
- Any local similar experience in Uttarakhand
- The candidate will manage the Uttarakhand zone having the base location as Dehradun
- This is work from office role
- Preferred experience in Fintech / Telecom, merchant acquisition background.
Responsibilities will include
- Driving Offline Payments through QR Code,
- Generating revenue through EDC, Loan, and Speakers.
- Handle a big team of ASMs, TLs and field executives effectively and efficiently.
- Ensuring team members are working in assigned markets.
- Should have excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Achievement of key targets in the distribution network (Sales, Revenue) in the Zone and Quality Acquisitions.
- Identify/ Launch new markets for better penetration
- Operation efficiencies, Development, Coaching & Retention of team members.
- Demonstrate the organization's Way of working as per the norms defined from time to time.
- Benchmarking competition and ensure mark to market performance
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
