Job Description
JR 1 Responsible for Targets set at Branches / Channels operating within the zone Track branch wise targets and work on plan to achieve these targets JR 2 Responsible for sales support to the Branches and Channels within the zone Ensure refresher are taken in the branch / Channel unit Scrum meeting JR 3 Responsible to liaise with the concerned vendors for RO hiring Ensure adequate sales support to the branch and channels to help meet the objectives .
JR 4Responsible to take care of any escalations that may come from these channels , specific to the IFB product . Be on Top of the process to avoid escalations , Provide end to end solution to the Branch and channel clients .
JR 5Responsible for setting workshops to train new resources and Branch and internal staff on the product . To ensure all sales teams are adequately trained in branches and Internal Units.
JR 6 Responsible for relationship building with the Dealerships , who help set up display activities at the branches . TO ensure new tie ups and dealer engagements and activation of existing dormant tieups.
