We at HomeTown are looking for Zonal Head of Retail Operations (East Region) to be based in Kolkata to be a part of our dynamic team. As a Business Leader, he/she should be able to drive Furniture and Home Ware Category sales along with Interior Project Business in the region
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Ensure smooth functioning of all stores and to manage all operational issues of the East Region.
2. Create an effective and efficient retail operations system with a well functioning support,
Including product logistics and inventory control.
3. Plan and make new strategies for improving the sales with collaborative tie-up with builders for developing “Ready to Move in” Homes.
4. Planning and reviewing KPIs of all stores,
5.Responsible to connect with leading architects in the city and create a bench of architects with HT Interiors for customer acquisition.
6. Strict adherence to SOP's at stores
7. Mystery Audits and corrective actions
8. Responsible for Customer delight by delivering all projects business within budgets and timelines.
+. Taking initiative for getting business through tie ups with Developers, Brokers, Real Estate firms etc and penetrate in the region.
10. To effectively manage the performance and development of store managers to drive and maximize the sales performance
