We are urgently looking for Zonal Manager - Franchise Business for reputed Apparel Retail Brand in Ahmedabad.
Candidates Should be from Retail Brands only.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Execution of Franchise Strategy , Business Budgeting &Planning , Store Expansion footprint for next FY and next 5 years
• Manage franchise store operational issue and support regional team resolve with support functions – Logistics , PSC , SCM , Legal, HR &LD , Finance & Audit
• New COFO model franchise onboarding and compliance of SOP’s and trackers S2S , Franchise evaluation , Legal agreement closure
• Implementation of consumer promotions across regions along with market team , Loyalty program , Omni channel etc. to ensure parity between COCO & COFO stores .
• Franchise business initiative implementation – B2B buying portal , Training & productivity benchmarking with coco stores , FLDG channel
• Support regions with new Franchise stores.
