Zonal manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Zonal Manager located in Jaipur at Doctor Pharma Pvt Ltd. The Zonal Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations within a specific geographic area, managing a team of sales representatives, setting and achieving sales targets, and developing strategic plans to expand the company's customer base.

• Proven experience in sales management and leading a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies

• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and products is a plus
