Job Description
• This role is primarily responsible for Recruitment, Training and effective implementation of HR initiatives for all employees in the Zone in order to improve performance and productivity as well as build commitment to the organization.
• Ensuring robust multiple sourcing channels for recruiting at various levels and screening the best talent from the available pool to ensure presence of quality workforce.
• Monitor the Manpower budgets, ensure optimizing the recruitment costs in line with predefined budgets.
• Meet manpower plan in synchronization with business growth projections.
• Adherence to the Turn Around Time [TAT] for getting the candidates onboard.
• Ensure closure of offers, salary negotiations of the candidates selected.
• Ensure timely delivery of Induction and deliver the HR part in the Induction process.
• Regularly conduct orientation programs in the zone.
• To ensure continuous flow of competent talent within Zone, managing end to end HR activities from Sourcing to Exit.
• Partnering with Business to capture the needs of various stakeholders in order to deliver on time and as per the requirements.
• Handle end to end HR activities for the assigned branches.
• Manage the separation process and proactively managing HR queries or concerns of employees.
• Ensuring fairness and transparency of conducting HR practices in the zone.
• Managing discipline issues in the zone.
8 to 12 Years - Proven track record of success as a Zonal HR / Regional HR / HR Manager preferably from NBFC / BFSI background.
Qualification: Post Graduation - MBA/PGDM in HR Full Time (Preference)
