Job Summary
Zonal Manager - New Car Finance
Job Purpose
Achieve & exceed Business goals and targets for specified regions & zone in New Car Finance business by building and driving a network of channel partners and ensuring that portfolio health is being maintained.
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities - • Managing and motivating the Sales team for specified geography towards achieving budgeted targets • Responsible for empanelment of New Car dealers and Direct Sales Agents for business growth • Interact regularly with Regional Sales Managers & Area Sales Managers to set targets & achieve them for New Car Finance business • Creating a daily plan for business volume delivery by driving DRR (daily run rate) track deviations and provide timely course correction inputs • Regularly visit branch locations to understand on ground challenges market realities needs/requirements and motivate the team by leading through example • Engaging with channel partners for building and strengthening relationship • Recruitment Training development and grooming of Sales team to achieve targeted numbers • Monitoring & maintaining excellent portfolio quality of acquired portfolio • Ensuring process & documentation compliance • Liaising & co-ordination with Credit Operations & Risk team for loan disbursement • Responsible for monitoring competition product & strategy designing counter sales strategies • Monitoring post disbursal document movement (PDD movement) • Driving stipulated cross sell penetration along with business targets • Creating a strong & compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions profitability and employee development • Identify best practices and conduct R&R within team to keep them incentivized • Supporting delivery of new initiatives & functionalities by driving change for the business

Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications Post-graduation in Management b) Work Experience • Relevant Experience of 10 - 12 Years • Must have a good understanding of dealer management model • Demonstrated success & achievement orientation • Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment • Demonstrated ability to lead from the front • Affirmative in nature, Strong Leadership Skills, Clarity of thought and perseverance • Exceptionally high motivational
