Job Purpose: To drive TPP business through different channels in a bunch of zones, Managerial Responsibilities: Build and manage a team of resources - Banca Managers, Functional Responsibilities :1. Engage with distribution channels like Branch Banking, SME , Retail Assets , Gold Loan etc in a zone for achieving business objectives on TPP topline and income 2. Drive training and certification of staff for selling Insurance and MF 3. Manage local level promotional activity to build motivation 4. Ensure productivity at resource level , Revenue Responsibility : 1. Life Insurance Premium and Revenue 2. General Insurance Premium and revenue 3. MF AUM and revenue . TPP is an important contributor to bank's fee income. Internal Interaction type : 1. With districution channel- Branch Banking, SME, Gold Loan, Retail assets etc , External Interaction Type : 1. Partner Insurance Cos 2. MF AMCs
