Job Description
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Steering Risk Containment Unit operations across the Zone.
Developing operational model, shaping strategic agenda for fraud & risk management, and
mitigating the risk involved.
Ensuring the Fraud Risk Management framework is effectively embedded and communicated
across stakeholders.
Identifying industry best fraud risk infrastructure and management practices.
Building fraud management capabilities, skills, and infrastructure in compliance with internal policies
& external regulations
Liaising with Law enforcement agencies, develop and maintain positive relationship with key law
enforcement officers.
Supervising performance of RCU agencies involved in scrutinizing huge volume of application
sourced through different units on day-to-day basis.
Network building with peers to identify fraudulent cases, fraud prone areas, fraud trends and set-up
• Any Graduated / PG.
• 10+ years of experience in RCU ( Risk Control Unit)
