Zonal Relationship Manager - Large Liability Group - Bank

Position - Zonal RM - Large Liability Group
Reporting to - Head - Large Liability Group
Business - Transaction Banking Group
Location - 3 Positions : Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Job Purpose :
• Work on the core product offerings and features
• Identify and introduce new product and service offerings
• Node for all product related queries and information
• Work on the digital onboarding
Job Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities :
• Origination of New To Bank (NTBs) accounts and managing (farming) a portfolio of large Liability Group clients.
• Evaluate limited credit requirement for generating liability and manage the credit exposure during the life cycle of clients.
• Develop a large liability strategy for a particular city/region and execute it. Target top clients in the coverage geography and convert them.
• Originate CMS/Trade Processing/FX/ Supply Chain Finance transactions from Cash Rich Corporate clients, mainly from Digital First Companies, local IT/ITES firms and MNC subsidiaries. Onboard these clients with a solutions-based approach, co-create unique solutions wherever required.
• Build Liquid Asset OR limited Lending including writing credit assessment memo and monitoring
• Build and manage relationships with clients and increase CA balances, term deposits, CMS/Trade/FX throughputs and maximise revenues from these services. Cross-sell other products of the bank like salary and wealth management to maximise share of wallet.
• Collaborate with the various Product Sales Managers, Credit Managers and the Implementation teams across all Banking products to achieve these objectives
Secondary Responsibilities :
Additionally be responsible for Regulatory Pendency if any, Client escalations, BAU service requests, Compliance and Franchise Risk if any
