Zonal Sales Manager - Pharma Industry
Roles and Responsibilities
• Responsible for Selling Brands to Multispecialty Medical (Tablet Capsules)
• Top performance in all Key Brands in All India consecutively
• Consistent in budget achievement in the tenure with Bayer.
• Developed territory and open spaces for new recruitment in the territory as Expansion.
• Launched New Products and Raised the volume Sales in new brands
• Broad Coverage in Bihar and also parts of Zone
• Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts;
• Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
• Preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards;
• Resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
• Leading Team Of Line Manager RSM and ASM and also M.S.R in
• Ensuring Regular Feedbacks of customers in the area from RSM
• Managing weekly sales feedback from areas.
• Believe in growing people and make them able for the next level.
• Ensuring time to time quality inputs for example right way to implement the company strategies and inputs.
• Responsible to achieve target assigned by the management based on existing sales product wise value wise
• Responsible for profitability of the company based on last FY profit
• To Submit work reports to the management on monthly and quarterly basis
• The Vice President of Marketing sales will provide the leadership, vision and functional expertise for developing sales, growth of products/brands
• Controlling a team; assigning them tasks and motivating them to achieve their objectives within their deadlines. Such as monitoring sales achievements, product performance analysis, Calls productivity, Generate profit to the organization
• Product developments- By analyzing market research, findings on gaps in need andthen develop the action plan to fulfill the gap
• Organizing and conducting the training program for sales team for development and towards higher productivity
• Preparation of monthly Marketing reports. Such as Product performance analysis, justification of Promo expenses etc.
• Maintaining Customer relationship through regular basis CRM activities
• Develop key external relationships with down the first line second line managers, Medical Representatives and business partners like stockiest CF
• Entrepreneurial leader who builds strong team with diverse experiences, perspectives and creates an environment in which the team is highly motivated and engaged to work together to deliver exceptional results consistent with company
• Turns strategy into action; proactively develops own functional area to prepare for the future to ensure long-term success, including Brand Building there by growth of low yielding brands
• To develop market strategies and marketing initiatives to maximize business opportunities in diverse markets
• Build relationships with doctors, retail/wholesale, chemist, stockiest authorized CF
