Job Description
We are looking for a Zonal Manager in our organization.
Basic Qualification
Degree / Diploma in Electronics / Instrumentation / BSc Electronics.
MBA mandatory from reputed institute and not online/part time
Exposure
Selling Industrial Automation Products or Solutions or Instrumentation or related products
Domain Experience Required
Having experience of handling OE's companies like ABB, Yokogawa, Johnson Control, GE, Honeywell etc. and/or their System Integrators is preferable.
Experience
At least 6 to ++ years of being Sales & Marketing Manager
Qualities in the candidates
Good command over English
Achieved Big targets
Should be able to maintain good relationship with BIG customers
Able to grasp our product range
Technology understanding Today & Future
Form & maintain a cohesive Sales force
Strong Analytical & Business projection skills
Drive growth of the company
Create business opportunities by suggesting New Products/New Applications,
Basic knowledge on Profitability of Orders
Accounting sense in terms of AR follow up's, Negotiation/Discount Strategies etc.,
In coordination with the Management, set up the company's overall strategy and take the full responsibility for P&L and business performance
Qualities to be BU Head / CEO over next 5 years
Marketing Strategy and Planning

Potential Market Research
Identification of Potential Customers
Industry wise product marketing
Branding strategies
Product Awareness Campaigns
