Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, building long-lasting relationships with clients, and managing key accounts. The Zonal Sales Manager will report directly to the National Sales Manager and work closely with various departments to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of insurance products and services
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales representatives
• Solid understanding of market research and data analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients
• Strong negotiation and selling skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
• Experience with CRM software is highly desirable
• Experience in the Mumbai market is a plus
