Key Focus areas:
Strategy Planning , Product Portfolio Management , Campaigns & Promotions .
Network Planning and Expansion & New Product Launch .
Team Handling ( RBMs / ABMs / TSO's & territory sales IN charge.)
Regular Travel for Brand Promotion and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for supervising sales team at the assigned territory. Provides leadership, mentorship and customer product expertise to the sales team. Meets or exceeds established sales goals through the implementation of sales activities.
• Establishes team and individual sales goals and provides effective coaching of sales representatives to consistently improve their performance.
• Creates daily, weekly, monthly activity and productivity reports. Analyze sales data to seek opportunities for accelerate productivity and sales on both a group and individual level.
• Assists sales representatives with questions and supports customers requiring additional assistance. Leads specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance.
• Works closely with sales manager to implement annual/quarterly sales plan and necessary changes required to achieve objectives.
Route To Market to maximise effectiveness and efficiency
• Identify go to market whitespace and productivity opportunities
• Pilot new go to market models to realise opportunities
• Improve route planning capability and process- North India leveraging technology
Customer team sufficiency, ways of working, incentive and governance
• Improve productivity of customer teams
• Manage customer team budgets within control
Improve Distributor operations, financials, salesmen productivity
• Drive distributor assessment and joint business plan process for top customers nationally
• Process for representative national distributor ROI on a quarterly basis to understand health of their business.
Drive Perfect Store Execution
• Drive Top GT, KAM and and Self Service Store execution
• Conduct Perfect Store reviews and identify opportunities for improvements
