• Manage and own PL for the geography.
• Budget/target setting and achievement of assigned target and generating revenue.
• Ensure effective and efficient sales planning and implementation.
• Enabling business growth by developing a strong team / Ability to handle a large team is essential
• Ensure manpower recruitment and planning as per the budget, location wise and across geographies.
• Responsible for team management, retention, performance and productivity across vertical.
• Maintain highest level of business hygiene and ensure all adherence to all regulatory guidelines and compliance.
• In-depth understanding of market, identify new opportunities and markets for the business
• Scale up distribution / think and implement innovative means to expand market footprint
Requirements
• Post Graduate / Graduate from a reputed college with 15 years of experience in Health Insurance
• Should have a strong experience in agency sales / agency acceleration
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead from the front
