- Hands-on development of complex mobile features using Jetpack Compose or SwiftUI.
- Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, design, product) to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard talented mobile developers.
- Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a positive team environment.
- Manage team performance and productivity.
- Contribute to the definition of the mobile product roadmap.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in mobile experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements :
- 6+ years of experience in mobile app development.
- Strong proficiency in either Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development.
- Expertise in modern UI frameworks: Jetpack Compose or SwiftUI.
- Familiarity with the other mobile platform (Android or iOS).
- Experience with mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, etc. ) and design patterns.
- Strong understanding of mobile app performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with testing frameworks (Unit, Integration, UI) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for building high-quality mobile applications.
