Handling large sales team of the multiple states
Handling Channel Partners (C&F / Distributors) of zone
Achieving primary and secondary targets set by the company
Recruitment of sales staff with prior approval from seniors
Monitoring and reporting daily activities of the sales staff
Monitoring competitor activities and reporting to seniors
Ensure smooth payment from channel partners
Ensure smooth working in assigned territory
Control overheads in the zone
Conducting monthly meeting of the state heads
Scheme formulation as per the state budget
Maintain the growth rate as per company standards
