Nalini Speciality Hospital, led by renowned Gynae Laparoscopic Surgeon Dr. Vivek Salunke & Dr. Shinjini Pande, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our digital team. This role involves editing high-quality surgical procedure videos, creating engaging Instagram reels, YouTube Shorts, and producing branded content to grow Dr. Salunke’s digital presence.

Responsibilities:
• Edit gynecological and laparoscopic surgery footage professionally for educational and marketing purposes
• Create short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) for Instagram & YouTube
• Add captions, transitions, branding, and basic animations
• Optimize content for different platforms
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to brainstorm content ideas
• Ensure quick turnaround while maintaining high quality

Requirements:
• Proven experience in video editing
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Familiarity with Instagram/YouTube trends
• Medical video editing experience is a plus
• Basic understanding of social media and storytelling
