Skillset
• Experience in Zuora Platform
• Product Catalog and Charge Models
• Bill runs, billing document posting, Invoice & CM templates
• Subscription lifecycle management – Create, update, renew, cancel etc.
• Reconciliations and troubleshooting for month end processes
• Mass create/update/delete at/for multiple objects
• Experience in developer tools, postman tools
• Experience integrating to ecommerce, payment gateways, Data analytics platforms and tax system
• Must have worked on integrations around Zuora with Salesforce, Zuora APIs, NetSuite, Payment Gateways, and Avalara.
• Zuora Workflow experience is required to automate new workflows and enhance the existing ones.
• Good understanding of Zuora platform, Zuora Admin, Zuora objects, and APIs.
• In-depth knowledge of Admin features and setups like setting up Roles, Permissions, Billing templates
• Ability to write ZOQL
• Languages known - PL/SQL, Python, Liquid, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery, REST/SOAP APIs
• Zuora Certification is a plus
