Candidates must have 1–10 years of experience in a multi-specialty hospital (100+ beds) and a strong understanding of NABH standards and patient care protocols. 1. ICU Nurse Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institute Experience: 1–10 years in ICU or Critical Care units Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the Cardiac ICU and general ICU Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and operate equipment like ventilators and ECMO Collaborate with intensivists and maintain accurate patient records Ensure compliance with NABH and infection control standards 2. Emergency Nurse Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM Experience: 1–10 years in Emergency Department or Trauma Care Responsibilities: Deliver rapid assessment and treatment in emergency situations Assist in trauma cases, triage, and life-saving procedures Maintain emergency equipment and ensure readiness for critical cases Adhere to NABH protocols and document patient care accurately 3. OT Nurse Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM Experience: 1–10 years in Operation Theatre (preferably modular OT) Responsibilities: Assist surgeons in procedures, including liver transplants and robotic surgeries Prepare and sterilize OT equipment and maintain aseptic conditions Manage pre- and post-operative care per SOPs Ensure compliance with Class 100 Modular OT standards 4. Infection Control Nurse (ICN) Qualification: B.Sc.
