Job location -Ahmedabad
Education : Preferably MBA from a premier B School
Work Ex :
- Min. 8 years of work managerial experience, primarily in FMCG industry.
- Should have a very deep understanding of S&D and GTM , Trade Marketing , Channel management , Basic consumer & Brand understanding.
Role Purpose:
- To support our present sales team based in these countries, in their efforts to build our brands win customers , channels and consumers, we need a strong candidate bases in India ( HQ - Ahmedabad ) with agility to manage sales & distribution strategy , plan marketing & trade marketing activities , design GTM construct , liaison with corporate team of HR , Finance , Supply Chain , Marketing , Operation and Core Sales team in line with other international working norms / regulations & ways of workings.
- The purpose of the role is to ensure & drive seamless planning and execution strategy of ISC India think tank to the market place in these countries which should help sales team with right set of inputs, resources , directions time to time and also absorb the market intelligence there to carry home.
