Legal & Compliance Associate
In-office role, Gurgaon

The care starts with a detailed health risk assessment of the population followed by personalized care journeys ranging from chronic disease management to wellness programs.
How you will make an impact:
Drafting and reviewing various types of agreements, including MSA, NDA, SLA, SHA, MOU, LOI, and more.
Managing the contract lifecycle and maintaining accurate contract records.
Conducting research on data protection and security laws, preparing detailed reports on findings, and ensuring compliance.
Ensuring adherence to regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, and CCPA by implementing necessary compliance measures.
Collaborating with stakeholders to streamline documentation processes, address requirements, and ensure timely fulfillment.
Assisting leadership with intellectual property matters, including trademark and patent-related issues.
Handling open-source licensing matters and drafting licensing agreements.
Coordinating with local regulatory authorities, relevant departments, and administrative bodies to ensure compliance.
Overseeing company law compliance, including timely filing of statutory returns and other legal obligations.
We are looking for people who:
Graduate LLB, BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB, etc. are eligible.
Prior experience of 0-2 years.
Prior experience in Contract Drafting, Data Protection domain or compliance domain would be preferred.
Clear understanding of concepts related to Contract Act, Companies Act, IT Act, etc. are required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability to multitask, organise, and prioritise work.
