Position Title: Warehouse Manager
Job Description:
• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse supervisors and staff to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety. Manage staffing plans, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper processes, cycle counts, and system controls.
• Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs, including productivity, inventory accuracy, on-time shipping, and labor utilization.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and local regulations.
• Develop and enforce warehouse SOPs, safety procedures, and operational standards.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce operational costs.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience, including leadership and management experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes, including inbound, storage, inventory control, and outbound operations.
• Proven experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to use English as a working language in reporting. (Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred)
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• High sense of responsibility with strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience using WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and operational reporting tools.
