The role involves creating high quality prompts and documents to evaluate model responses on day-to-day work in government, policy, and social service domains Key Responsibilities: Create realistic, first-person prompts based on actual job workflows Design tasks that reflect real-world public sector and policy scenarios Select and use relevant public data/documents as input files Ensure prompts are explicit, specific, and aligned to the occupation Review tasks for accuracy, completeness, and real-world relevance Requirements: Degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Management, or related field Solid understanding of real-world workflows in your profession Ability to convert work scenarios into structured, high-quality prompts Who can Apply : We are open to many experts within the public sector (including but not limited to): Child, Family, and School Social Workers, First-Line Supervisors of Police and Detectives, Recreation Workers, Compliance Officers, Administrative Services Managers.
