Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure timely submission of tax returns and compliance with all tax regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and financial reviews.
• Monitor cost accounting activities, analyzing variances, and recommending cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for internal and external reporting.
• Support ERP implementation and optimization for financial modules.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial decision-making

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Solid understanding of Indian accounting standards and principles.
• Experience with statutory filings and compliance.

Skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with audit processes and Import documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation techniques
