About the Role
As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and providing timely financial reports to management.
Main Responsibilities
• GST Reconciliation: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of Goods and Services Tax (GST) invoices and payments.
• Banking Reconciliation: Verify and reconcile all bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Accounts Receivable Aging: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable ledger, ensuring prompt payment from customers.
• Accounts Payable Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for accounts payable, including timely payment of invoices.
• Receipt Generation: Generate and manage receipts for customer payments.
• Internal Audit: Conduct regular internal audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• TDS Filing and Compliance: Ensure timely filing of TDS returns and compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Skills: Strong analytical and reconciliation skills, knowledge of TDS, GST, and other relevant compliance.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
