Fashion Designer + Merchandiser (Menswear)
We are setting our sights on something even more personal: premium menswear.
We’re building a luxury men’s fashion brand that reimagines the Indian man’s wardrobe from scratch—timeless, masculine, modern, and built with craftsmanship and purpose.
We’re looking for a designer who wants to be part of our core team:
What You’ll Do:
- Design and develop full menswear collections—shirts, trousers, outerwear, essentials
- Build moodboards, create CADs, prepare detailed tech packsSource fa
- brics, trims, and finishes that match our premium aestheticOversee s
- ampling, manage tailors, pattern masters, and karigars directly
- Conduct fittings, make technical corrections, and ensure finishing quality
- Visit factories and manufacturing hubs and place large orders
- Align collections with pricing strategy, margins, and product mix for each drop
What We’re Looking For: 4
–12 yrs
- of experience in menswear design and developmentDegree fr
- om NIFT, Pearl, Marangoni, or another reputed fashion schoolStrong un
- derstanding of tailoring, fabrics, patternmaking, and productionExperienc
- e working closely with both creative and manufacturing teamsCommercial awarene
- ss—able to think through costing, SKUs, and sellabilityA clean,
- mature design sensibility rooted in quality and timelessness
