English Program Manager
We are seeking an experienced English Program Manager to lead our capacity-building programs in Teacher Education.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver high-quality workshops and courses for teachers using progressive pedagogical and adult learning methodologies.
• Develop program plans, coordinate with subject teams, and analyze feedback from participants.
• Provide direction on English program alignment with educational policies and guidelines.
• Evaluate trainee teachers' knowledge, skills, and ability to apply theoretical concepts in practical settings.
• Develop detailed program frameworks, teaching plans, and workshop modules based on national and international reference material.
Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in capacity-building programs in Teacher Education.
• Master's degree in English Language Teaching (ELT), Applied Linguistics, B.Ed., or an equivalent degree in a related field.
