Job Description

The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning March 20, 2026 and ending June 30, 2026, with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JP Morgan Chase at the end of the program. The program offers a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after an extended career break for two or more years. The fellowship placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set and interest areas within our Corporate Investment Banking, Asset Wealth Management & Commercial Banking Operations business. Reporting/MIS & Project Management Roles in Global Finance & Business Management FP&A The current opening is within the FP&A Team in Mumbai / Bangalore which forms part of the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) LOB within GF&BM India. In this role you would be responsible for handling Performing variance analysis to understand the key drivers of the results and presenting commentary to senior managers, explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets. Work with respective banks for account maintenance and closure's per controller/property manager's confirmation. Ensure all payments flow through Yardi and Kyriba successfully by monitoring the progress each day through Spectrum tool. Collaborate with tech and business teams to improve payment processing tools and highlight potential issues. Prepare analysis of process and update procedures regularly.
