Your role is not to deliver lectures—it is to coach. You will facilitate dynamic life skills sessions, inspire children to meet ambitious learning targets, and cultivate the mindset and routines essential for long-term success. What You Will Be Doing
• Facilitating one-hour life skills sessions with K-2 students, coaching them and reinforcing reading concepts delivered by Reading Specialists
• Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning applications and reach their weekly academic targets
• Guiding emotional regulation, resilience, and problem-solving through consistent routines and supportive engagement
• Monitoring student development and requirements, identifying concerns proactively, and refining approaches alongside your team
• Building a classroom environment that is structured, joyful, and individualized

Basic Requirements
• Must be available to work full-time and in-person at our campus in Chicago, IL; Miami, FL; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA; San Francisco, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Lake Forest (Orange County), CA
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with children ages 4–7 in educational settings, afterschool programs, coaching, or comparable roles
• Captivating storyteller and dynamic presenter: capable of engaging and maintaining the focus of young children in groups
• Capable of maintaining high expectations for both yourself and students, and motivating kids to achieve their objectives
• Growth mindset and receptiveness to coaching
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
