Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based in Mumbai. The Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives relevant to L&T-SuFin’s business context and learner groups. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, conducting classroom or workshop-based sessions, and adapting instructional methods for diverse learning needs. The Teacher will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of performance. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to align training content with organizational goals, participating in program reviews, and continuously improving teaching practices.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience facilitating learning for diverse groups.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing structured, outcomes-based sessions.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and interact effectively with learners and colleagues.
• Prior experience in corporate training, vocational education, or adult learning is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or a related field; relevant certifications in teaching or instructional design are a plus.
• Comfort with using digital tools, learning platforms, and basic office software to support instruction and reporting.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage time effectively, and maintain an inclusive, respectful learning environment.
