This dynamic HR professional will focus on US Recruitment, sourcing top-tier talent for In Time Tec.
Key Responsibilities
• Write and post technical job descriptions tailored to US job markets.
• Source potential candidates through various platforms including job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Perform pre-screening calls to assess applicant qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
• Conduct interviews using a combination of structured, technical, and behavioral techniques.
• Collaborate with US-based hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Extend job offers and manage onboarding of new hires in coordination with US HR teams.
• Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Promote In Time Tec's brand as an employer of choice in the US market.
• Ensure compliance with US employment laws and regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and tools relevant to US hiring.
Requirements
• Proven experience in US Recruitment (both IT & Non-IT), preferably working with clients or hiring managers based in the US.
• Strong understanding of US hiring practices, time zones, and compliance requirements across various domains.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM tools.
• Expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean search, X-ray search, and social media recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
• Quick learning and adaptability in a dynamic recruitment environment.
• Willingness to work Swing & Night Shifts.
Educational Qualification
MBA in Human Resources or a relevant field preferred.
