Key Responsibilities:
• Work with the Corporate and Leadership team to manage Regional HR activities.
• Develop workforce planning strategies to meet business objectives.
• Align Organization Structure to achieve performance goals.
• Implement Performance Management System to drive employee success.
• Oversee Recruitment and Selection of Staff to fill critical roles.
• Design and deliver Training & Organisation Development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Manage union and Employee Relations to foster a positive work environment.
