Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Storage and Backup Specialist to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Commvault Data protection solutions, Azure, and On-Prem, as well as strong troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure VSA agents for VM backup and perform snapshot backups for VMs using IntelliSnap.
• Set up LiveSync and DR configurations, and restore data as needed.
• Create policies for various backup types and work with EMC, Networker +, and Data Domain Configuration using CIFS and NFS protocols.
• Configure and troubleshoot EMC Data Protection Advisor (DPA) and ensure accurate reporting and monitoring.
• Upgrade and migrate backup data to new devices, including Networker and Data Domain.
• Develop expertise in operating systems, including RedHat Linux, Suse Linux, GNU/Linux, Solaris, and Windows Server.
• Migrate storage data between NetApp 7-Mode and Cluster Mode, as well as between EMC and NetApp.
• Work with virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Cloud, to configure storage and orchestrate operations.
• Utilize PowerShell, Shell, or Perl scripting to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

• 4-+ years of experience in storage and backup management.
