Voyago is hiring a 310T Licensed Bus Mechanic for our brand new shop - located in Sudbury, ON!
This is an exciting opportunity to be one of the first to work in our brand new, fully equipped and NEVER BEFORE USED shop! We're looking for skilled 310T mechanics who value work-life balance, as we offer days shifts with no weekends. Your Role
Reporting directly to the Fleet Manager
You are responsible for evaluating and ensuring vehicle safety through preventative maintenance as required and all in compliance with all Ministry of Transportation (MTO) and Voyago's guidelines.
You will utilize parts from inventory and complete repairs in a timely manner.
You will be servicing vehicles in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
You will keep work environment clean and tidy.
You will complete required reports as directed (i.e. sign-off on driver-initiated repair logs and logbooks, and PM service logs by division).
Requirements
Your Profile
You possess a minimum 310T license.
You have ODP certification with A/C experience.
You have experience and working knowledge of light-duty diesel repair, as well as gasoline.
You have superior written and verbal communication skills and sound organizational competencies.
You demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
You have excellent proven customer service experience.
You have a valid G-class driving licence.
You possess a clean driving record.
You have a clean Criminal Record.
