Job Description
We are a growing recruitment firm seeking an experienced 360 Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle — covering business development, client management, and candidate placement. This is a fully remote role, but candidates must have solid experience in the Malaysia recruitment market.
Key Responsibilities
• Acquire new clients through sales outreach, networking, and referrals
• Manage client relationships and understand hiring requirements
• Handle end-to-end recruitment (job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management)
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social platforms, and own database
• Coordinate interviews and manage follow-ups with clients and candidates
• Negotiate offers and successfully close placements
• Maintain recruitment and sales activity records
• Achieve monthly recruitment and revenue targets
Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years experience as a recruiter or 360 recruiter
• Strong understanding of the Malaysia hiring market
• Proven experience in client acquisition / sales within recruitment
• Able to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Results-driven and comfortable with performance-based commission
• Experience recruiting for BPO, shared services, tech, fintech, or corporate roles is an advantage

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
