Due to internal growth, we are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Labour Hire team on a Full Time Basis.

$90,000 - $110,000 base + comms + Superannuation
This is your opportunity to build your own client base, work the roles you’re passionate about, and enjoy the support of a dedicated and experienced mobilisation team to help you get them to site.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through business development and account management.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across trades, mining, and industrial sectors.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including interviews, reference checks, and mobilisations.
Manage job advertisements and ensure accurate and timely updates in JobAdder and internal systems.
Work collaboratively with the mobilisation and payroll teams to ensure smooth onboarding and candidate experience.
What we're looking for:
Minimum 4 years proven experience in recruitment – ideally in a 360 role
Strong business development and relationship-building skills
JobAdder exposure ideal but not essential
Microsoft Office knowledge
Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and targets
Strong organisational skills
Solutions driven individual; that can show initiative and drive optimism
Available for full time Mon-Fri with flexible start/stop times
