3D Art Lead As a 3D Art Lead, you will report to the Art Director and will supervise a 3D Art team in all aspects of content development. Our 3D Art Lead must demonstrate a proven record of leading teams to consistently deliver top quality content that meets the clients specifications. The 3D Art Lead must be a highly organized and detail oriented individual with good oral and written communication skills. They must be able to thrive in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment and possess excellent managerial and leadership skills. Our 3d Art Leads must possess exceptional technical skills while in a similar role on at least one AAA Next Gen console game. Previous experience directing an external art team through written feedback and online meetings is a plus. The 3d Art Lead will be exceptionally skilled in either characters or environments and props development.
