Key Responsibilities
• Develop 3D models and visualizations using software tools like 3ds Max, Autodesk Maya, Blender, Lumion, V-Ray and Cinema 4D.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate and impactful 3D designs that meet project specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in 3D models and animations efficiently.
• Stay updated with current trends in 3D design software and adopt new techniques where applicable.
• Present photo-realistic renderings to clients and implement feedback into final deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new software tools.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Graphics, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural 3D visualization.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Lumion, Rhino, and V-Ray lighting/rendering.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative 3D design work, including animation and visualization.
• Knowledge of advanced tools like ZBrush, Mudbox, and Substance Painter is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask under deadlines.
• Familiarity with virtual reality or animation modeling is a plus.
