Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate interior design concepts into 3D visuals for presentations, marketing, and approvals.
• Model and render high-end interiors including living areas, bedrooms, lobbies, and F&B spaces.
• Work closely with interior designers and technical teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in the visual representation.
• Maintain an updated materials and furnishings library for rendering use.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred. Certification in visualization software is also acceptable.
• Advanced skills in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Photoshop; Revit or SketchUp proficiency is a plus.
• Experience with residential or hotel interior projects in India or the GCC.
• GCC experience is a plus, not a must
