Job Description
Experience – 4+ Years.
Location – Pune or Bangalore
• Support 3DX application related operations activities.
• 3DX application monitoring an Interface/Batches/Reports Maintenance 3DX user on-boarding and access management application maintenance.
• Administration activities for on-boarding system (Approving/Rejecting access request)
• Support issues/tickets raised by business users on the 3DX application
• Support root cause investigations to identify resolution areas Develop necessary automations around the support activities to make it more efficient Documentation for the various support activities Participate in scrum ceremonies e.g. Sprint planning, review, retrospective, stand-up.
Knowledge / Experience Essential
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding on Tool functionalities (3DExperience, CAD Area) Functional and/or development experience in 3DExperience suite of products (ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA etc.).
• Experience in web apps using Tomcat, WebLogic servers and HTML, Java Script and J2EE technologies.
• Technical skills to understand the configurations and customizations deployed in 3DX PLM.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with demonstrable experience communicating
• User interaction and 3DX support experience (L0, L1 and L2) Ability to use Microsoft Office 365 products and Microsoft Teams Desirable:
• Awareness of the latest testing and technology trends and using them to improve daily practices.
• Familiar with CAD, Teamcenter support. Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Domain/Tool knowledge familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with working in an agile framework (e.g., Scrum, LESS, SAFe). Exposure to Agile concepts and scaled agile approach. Experience in Automotive/Aerospace/Manufacturing industries Personal Profile:

An individual with the ability to challenge existing thinking in a positive way whilst building credibility and trust through experience and personal style. An individual with excellent communication skills and who is able to negotiate with both engineers and senior managers to effect process and tool changes.
