2026-27 Position Opening: Full-Time 3rd-Grade Teacher
Immaculate Conception Regional School is seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time 3rd-grade teacher to join our vibrant academic and faith-based community.

Immaculate Conception Regional School (ICRS) provides a faith-centered education rooted in Catholic beliefs and values for students in Skagit and surrounding counties. We emphasize the spiritual, moral, intellectual, and physical development of our students while fostering a strong sense of community among students, parents, and staff.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
• Current Washington State teaching certification.
• Catholic faith with a commitment to completing Catechetical Certification through the Archdiocese of Seattle (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Knowledge and skills to implement effective instructional strategies for student success.
• Highly organized, motivated, creative, and collaborative.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Professional Learning Community and the principal to fulfill the school's mission.
• Develop and implement instructional programs aligned with Common Core State Standards and school-wide learning objectives.
• Teach 3rd grade, with a special awareness of the unique developmental needs of this age group.
• Create and maintain a classroom environment that fosters learning and engagement.
• Evaluate and communicate student progress effectively with students, parents, and administrators.
• Promote Catholic identity and integrate Catholic teachings into the curriculum.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment that supports cultural diversity.
• Utilize technology as a tool for enhanced teaching and learning.
• Demonstrate a growth-mindset and participate in professional development opportunities to refine teaching skills

Compensation:
Salary follows the ICRS salary schedule based on post baccalaureate credits, clock hours, and years of experience. Salaries range from $55,000 to $95,800.
