About the Team:
The role is part of our Global HR Operations team, which encompasses Global HR Shared Services, Mobility, Process Excellence and People Insights. The team provides support to all Capco offices and is responsible for carrying out a wide range of services and processes across all aspects of HR operations.
About the Role:
The Global HR Process Excellence Lead is responsible for ensuring that the design and execution of HR processes are of a consistently high standard. The Lead is expected to drive process improvement and efficiencies, to coordinate the development and maintenance of HR policies and to lead on HR audit and compliance activities. The role requires close collaboration with Global HR Operations colleagues, regional HR teams and other function heads. The role has two direct reports.
What You’ll Get to Do:
• Coordinate the development, improvement and maintenance of our global suite of HR policies to facilitate both compliance and progressive people practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in core HR processes and work with key stakeholders to implement enhancements and/or to realise efficiencies
• Advise on process alignment across the regions, working with the local HR teams to adapt processes to align with global standards and best practices where appropriate.
• Interact with HR and business stakeholders to ensure that our HR policies and processes meet evolving legal and business requirements (the role would be a member of Capco’s Global Policy Committee).
• Coordinate HR responses to internal and external audits, interacting directly with auditors and engaging global and local HR teams to deliver the necessary evidence.
• Manage the delivery of HR management reporting and people insights
• Collaborate with other team leads in HR and function heads outside HR in order to ensure effective execution of core HR processes.
What You’ll Bring with You:
• Proven track record for process improvement
• Experience of handling audit responses
• Experience of policy development and management
• Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, often against tight deadlines
• Able to manage high volumes while maintaining attention to detail
• Analytical and able to diagnose issues and generate insights from data
• Strong focus on compliance and maintaining high levels of integrity and confidentiality
• Good communicator, both oral and written
• A global mindset and experience of working with cross-border teams
• Experience of managing small teams, with the ability to coach others and support their personal development
• Accustomed to using HR Information Systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) and Microsoft Office suite

Position: 3rd Line Support Engineer
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire
Salary: 35,000- 45,000 DOE
As a 3rd Line Support Engineer, you will be the escalation point for complex technical problems that 1st and 2nd line support teams cannot resolve. You'll work closely with infrastructure, development, and network teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix critical issues across multiple platforms and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide second and third-line IT support, acting as part of the contact team for internal queries, incidents, user requests, and problem resolution. This includes telephone, remote, and deskside support.
• Serve as an effective point of contact for Internal IT, resolving issues, escalating internally, or referring to third parties as appropriate.
• Experience with cloud environments such as Microsoft Cloud and Azure is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills are essential for this support role.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Configure and manage network devices, including routers and switches, ensuring stable and secure network performance.
• Liaise with senior IT team members to escalate issues, recurring problems, or concerns within the IT areas.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of IT plans to support business growth while improving the efficiency and effectiveness of hardware, software, and systems.
• Typically spend four days per week at the main office location and one day per week at a secondary office location, with some flexibility based on workload.
• Travel to remote offices as required.
• Complete projects with guidance from senior colleagues.

Required Skills & Experience:
