The Challenge
Our production equipment requires regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. As a skilled Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to ensure equipment operates efficiently and meets production requirements.
In addition to equipment maintenance, you will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the production area, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards and food safety regulations. You will also adhere to all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures, personal protective equipment usage, and safe work practices.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
