The Robotics Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging curriculum that integrates robotics, coding, and engineering principles

Develop and implement a comprehensive robotics curriculum for students in grades 6-12, including beginner to advanced levels
Teach students programming languages (such as Python, C++, or Java) and robotics platforms (such as VEX, LEGO Mindstorms, Arduino, etc.)
Facilitate hands-on learning experiences that include building and programming robots, problem-solving challenges, and team-based projects
Encourage participation in robotics competitions, providing guidance and mentorship for students in preparing for events
Collaborate with other STEM educators to integrate interdisciplinary approaches into lessons
Maintain an inclusive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation
Monitor and assess student progress through a variety of evaluation methods and adjust teaching strategies as needed
Maintain inventory and proper functioning of robotics equipment and classroom resources
Attend professional development sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in STEM and robotics education
Build partnerships with local technology companies, colleges, and community organizations to enrich the robotics program
